The primary component of a jaw crusher is a jaw plate, which is further separated into fixed and moveable jaw plates. When a jaw crusher is in operation, the movable jaw clings to the moving jaw plate for compound swing movement, creating an angle with the fixed jaw plate to extrude the stone. As a result, the jaw crusher's attachments are susceptible to damage.
