The high-speed hammer and simple-structured materials collide in the small hammer crusher to crush materials at a high reduction ratio. A small hammer crusher may produce discharges no larger than 3 mm and combines the functions of crushing and grinding. The discharged minerals can go immediately into a shaking table for separation, which is appropriate for small-scale ore quarries in place of a ball mill.
